This Committee is responsible for the management and maintenance of the multi-sports Pavilion, Parish Council offices, the Tractor Shed and the overseeing of the Jubilee Youth Centre. Since 2025, the Committee now manages additional buildings; The Chapel, Lodge, Fountain, War Memorial, Viewing Platform, The Pound and the Blind House.
The Committee will comprise members of the Parish Council together with representatives from the user groups and the Jubilee Youth Centre Management Committee who can attend to raise issues relating to their use of the buildings. The non-councillors would not have voting rights. There is also a Buildings Working Group that neets from time to time. Please contact the Clerk if you wish to participate.
The lower ground floor of the Pavilion has public toilets, changing rooms and showers for sporting events. It is used as the Bowls Club pavilion from 1st April to 30 September every year.
Also on the lower ground floor is The Box Bowls Club clubhouse. The Bowls Club has exclusive use of this facilty from 1st April to 30th September, but it can be hired outside of these times - please CONTACT US for more info.

Charges for Paviion use
Upper and Lower Pavilion
Casual rate £25.00 per hour or for a Charity £15 per hour. Fees will increase in April 2026 to £30 per hour and £18 for Charity
Booking rate for 10 or more sessions or a 6 month duration, if booked and paid in advance, 20% discount on casual or charity rate.
(50% deduction on above rates for individuals in receipt of benefits)
